2026 Big I Indiana Tradeshow

Exhibitor Set Up: 6:30 - 9:30 am
Tradeshow Hours: 9:30 am - 12:00 pm


Exhibitor Information:

  • All booths are 8' x 8' and include one 6' table and two chairs.
  • Booth registration includes one attendee who will be registered for Who's Who on Monday night and the tradeshow on Tuesday. (If you would like to upgrade your registration, please select the additional events you'd like to attend when registering. If you need assistance, please contact Megan Vaught at [email protected] or (317) 228-3028.)
  • Our exhibitor packet (including details for shipping and internet purchasing) will be sent out within 60 days of the event.
  • Additional booth attendees can be registered through the general convention registration form when registration opens in July.
New in 2026: All attendees will receive a printed convention program which will include an exhibitor directory. Find out more and reserve ad space.

2026 Annual Convention Exhibit Space

This registration is for exhibit space only. The tradeshow will take place on Tuesday, November 10th.

Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with your registration.

Big I Indiana Associate Members/Non-Members (Cost: $950/$1350)

Each booth registration includes one booth attendee who will be registered for Monday night's Who's Who Reception and the tradeshow on Tuesday.

Once you choose the registration item "Associate Member/Non-Member - Single Exhibit Registration" (or "Associate Member/Non-Member - Double Exhibit Registration" for two spaces), you will be asked to identify your top two booth choices. You will also be asked to identify your main booth contact and your booth attendee. The main booth contact is the person who should receive emails regarding event set up, reminders for the event, etc. If you do not know who will be attending your booth at this time, please enter TBD in the blank and we will follow up with you as we get closer to the event. 

Big I Indiana Partners

Your booth cost is either free or $475 depending on your partner level. If you are unsure of your cost or partner level, please contact Megan Vaught ([email protected]) for more information prior to registering. Each booth registration includes one booth attendee who will be registered for Monday night's Who's Who Reception and the tradeshow on Tuesday. 

Once you choose the registration item "Partners - Single Exhibit Registration" (or "Partners - Double Exhibit Registration" for two spaces), you will be asked to identify the top two booth numbers you'd like to reserve. You will also be asked to identify your main booth contact and your booth attendee. MICAI Allies

Your booth cost is $475. Each booth registration includes one booth attendee who will be registered for Monday night's Who's Who Reception and the tradeshow on Tuesday.

All booths include ONE registration for Monday night's Who's Who Happy Hour and Tuesday's tradeshow. If you would like to add Tuesday afternoon or upgrade to a full registration, please do so by adding the items to your registration before proceeding to check out.
