Do I have to be a member to attend the convention?

No, the Big I Indiana convention is open to everyone! Big I Indiana members, however, receive a significant discount on their registration. 

How do I get an attendee list? 

Beginning October 1, you can email Megan ([email protected]) to request a current attendee list.   

How do I make sure I’m registered?

If you are logged into our website, you can check the status and update your information online. If you need to verify anything else, please contact [email protected] or call 317-824-3780.  

Will you give me email addresses? 

No, we do not provide email addresses of attendees or members under any circumstances. 

I’m a Partner. What is included for the convention?

Partners automatically receive attendee registration credits (listed below) and a discounted or free booth. Included credits are as follows:
Diamond $2,100
Platinum $1,700
Gold $1,325
Silver $925
Bronze $725
General $425

How do I sponsor the convention?

Our Partners are the exclusive sponsors of the convention without exception. If you are interested in becoming a Partner, the program runs the calendar year, from January - December. Please contact Megan Vaught, [email protected] or Steve Duff  [email protected]. 

Is there a registration deadline?

Pre-registration closes November 3 to ensure that your badge and materials are available when you arrive. After November 3, you can email [email protected] to register or register onsite.
