ACORD Forms

The Big "I" has negotiated an agreement with ACORD, wherein Big "I" will cover the cost of the End User License for eligible agencies accessing ACORD Forms via a management system or redistributor, or provide an EUL discount when accessing directly through ACORD Advantage Plus Program. Big "I" members with annual P&C gross revenue of less than $50 million will receive a complimentary license to use ACORD Forms. Find out more and access ACORD forms.

Agency Consulting Agreements

The basic premise behind consulting agreements is found in the Indiana insurance code on licensing producers. The statute is Indiana Code 27-1-15.6-23. Section 23 says that a person cannot act as an insurance consultant unless they have a license to do so. Good news for most Big I members: insurance producers who are licensed as producers do not have to have a consultant’s license. In fact, you can’t hold both a producer’s license and a consultant’s license at the same time. Find out more about consulting agreements and get access to consulting forms.
