CIC Insurance Company Operations - Online Course

This course is being offered online in the traditional CIC Institute format - two consecutive 8-hour days of class. Topics Covered: Executive Strategies, Actuarial Practices & Accounting, Agency/Policyholder Services, Product Development, Underwriting, and Claims

As of January 1, 2020, CE fees for all states are included in the registration fee. This class is filed for 16 hours of Indiana CE. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that this is an online course that will be conducted via webinar over the course of two full days. There will be 10 minute breaks each hour and a scheduled lunch break. Attendance is tracked hourly through random polling. You will be emailed information separately on how to access the course, what to expect, course materials, attendance requirements, and exam instructions. 

This course will run as follows:

September 2 from 8 am - 5 pm

September 3 from 8 am - 5 pm

The exam review will take place on September 3 from 5-5:30 pm.

The exam will be available online Monday 12:01 am (central standard time) - Wednesday 11:59 pm (central standard time) the week following the last course date.
