CIC Agency Management - Online Course

This course is being offered online in the traditional CIC Institute format - two consecutive 8-hour days of class. Topics Covered: Strategic Planning, Talent Acquisition and Development, Client Retention and Acquisition, Technology Utilization, Ethical Responsibility

IMPORTANT: Please note that this is an online course that will be conducted via GoToWebinar over the course of two full days. There will be 10 minute breaks each hour and a scheduled lunch break. Attendance is tracked hourly through random polling. You will be emailed information separately on how to access the course, what to expect, course materials, attendance requirements, and exam instructions. Expect to receive this information 7-10 days prior to the course.

This course will run as follows:

Wednesday, December 7 from 8 am - 5:15 pm

Thursday, December 8 from 8 am - 5 pm

The exam will be available online Monday, December 12th at 12:01 am (central standard time) through Thursday, December 15th at 11:59 pm (central standard time). 

Exam information/review will be provided at the end of both days for those taking the exam.

CE fees for all states are included in the registration fee.
