Most account managers/CSR's will tell you "I don't sell", but they ALWAYS want to protect their clients. This innovative, virtual, and FUN series will teach CSR's how to cross-sell and up-sell, round accounts, handle objections, generate more referrals and close new business with greater comfort, confidence and consistency. As an additional benefit, it will help protect your agency from E&O claims arising out of insufficient limits and coverage gaps
This is an on-demand course supplemented with live coaching and accountability support calls. After the initial kick off call, you'll work through each on-demand module and join bi-weekly accountability sessions to practice skills and review the material. There are also two coach the coach sessions for your manager or agency principal to attend. If you cannot attend every session, that's ok! We'll record them all and send the recordings to you.
