AILP Coverage: Commercial Property

AILP
This course explains the mechanics of commercial property insurance—from valuation methods and coinsurance to form selection and loss settlement. Attendees will analyze CP 00 10 and CP 10 30 forms, exploring covered property, exclusions, and key conditions affecting claims.
Please note that this is a live, online course that will be conducted via Zoom. There will be 10 minute breaks each hour and a scheduled lunch break. Attendance is tracked hourly through random polling. You will be emailed information separately on how to access the course, course materials, and exam instructions. Expect to receive this information 5-7 days prior to the course.

The exam will be available for 24 hours immediately following the class (4:00 pm on class day through 4:00 pm the following day). You will have 60 minutes to complete the exam. Additional exam information will be provided on the day of the class for those taking the exam.
