AILP Coverage: Commercial General Liability
This full-day course explores the CGL policy in depth, addressing sources of liability, insuring agreements, and coverage triggers. Participants will learn how exclusions, limits, and endorsements shape protection for bodily injury, property damage, and personal and advertising injury exposures.
Please note that this is a live, online course that will be conducted via Zoom. There will be 10 minute breaks each hour and a scheduled lunch break. Attendance is tracked hourly through random polling. You will be emailed information separately on how to access the course, course materials, and exam instructions. Expect to receive this information 5-7 days prior to the course.
The exam will be available for 24 hours immediately following the class (4:00 pm on class day through 4:00 pm the following day). You will have 60 minutes to complete the exam. Additional exam information will be provided on the day of the class for those taking the exam.
