Despite escalating punishments for offenders claims fraud remains prevalent. Books of business managed by even the most exceptional insurance pros - people who wouldn’t break a rule under any circumstance - are not immune to insureds who for whatever reason choose to be dishonest. Instructor Kym Martell has for years worked with insurance companies and agencies to train personnel on how to identify fraudulent activity.
