Attendees will dive into the operations of insurance agencies and learn to adapt operations because of changes in carrier capabilities and workflows, the implementation of tools like upload/download, and competitive raters. Attendees will also explore how invariable practices serve a valuable defensive strategy and how consistent use of questionnaires can prove an invaluable tool for E&O risk management
