This session will empower you with insights and practical tools for transforming workplace environments by challenging traditional assumptions around burnout. We'll talk about the integration of the 3 Essential Qualities of Effective Leadership (Clarity, Balance, and Presence) and the 3 Rules for Effective Relationships, fostering an inside-out approach to personal and organizational change that enhances resilience, engagement, and overall well-being.

Getting Real: The Lessons I Have Learned So Far - Instructors: Sarah Newbry & Ben Zimmer (1 hour Indiana CE)

Ben Zimmer (agency owner) and Sarah Newbry (company representative) will share with attendees their experiences in the insurance industry. This will include how they overcame challenges, the importance of goal setting, building relationships, and the importance of mentors.

Ten Minute Insurance Mysteries - Instructor: Rick Pitts (1.5 hours Indiana CE) 

In this highly interactive CE session, attendees are divided into working subgroups of between six to 10 participants. The groups or teams are then given the fact patterns from real coverage cases which have been decided around the country over the past few years and asked to determine the outcome of the case on a reasoned basis. The mysteries of each case will be revealed and proper coverages/claims application will be discussed.

Do We Have a Generation Gap? – Instructor: Alex Cole (1 hour Indiana CE)

This session will help insurance agents understand the buying habits of Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z prospects. By understanding the differences in the various generations' buying habits, agents will be better suited to adapting their sales strategies for each generation, including digital tools and social media.
